This affiliation acceses developers who do large projects.
Our services include: Business start-up, Funding for Hotels, Resorts, Residential Developments, Hospitals, Joint Ventures (up to 100% financing) Land Acquisition (Up to 75% or more of purchase price).
Upon signing a non disclosure agreement we require an Executive Summary complete with principals names. Bio, and proof of any liquid or fixed assets. All information is held in the strictest confidence.
If needed, our fee for the Executive Summary is $150.00 and the Business PLan is $500.00.
Your Business Plan will be prepared in a manner that will enhance your possibility of being financed. However, we make no guarantees as your project must appeal to the funder/funding groups personal interest and motivation.
Business Development: Business Plans, Trade Show & Product Representation, Marketing.
Video Production: Presentations made for use on DVD's and PowerPoint.
Administrative Services: Database Management.
